We had architectural plans for a renovation including new decks, a pool, exterior stairs, terrace and front fence. Mitch took on this project with confidence. The rain delays and difficult global supply situation was dealt with in good humour and the project completed perfectly. We made alterations to what was drawn together which was completed in good time due to Mitch’s insight and ability to forecast problems. I highly recommend Sparke Building Co.
