The renovation and extension of this characteristic Wooloowin Queenslander introduced the addition of a pavilion at the rear of the property; linked by an indoor/outdoor walkway via the main house, which now provides an expansive outdoor and garden outlook; inclusive of a kitchen, dining, and an outside deck, overlooking a swimming pool. the character and frontage of the main house was preserved and traditional features of the house have been thoughtfully retained.
